5. Payments and Refunds

Prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Refunds are available within 14 days if under 20% of the course is completed. Certain bundles may have specific terms disclosed at purchase.

6. Content Ownership

We own the course content and trademarks. You retain rights to your own code produced during practice unless otherwise agreed for mentoring reviews.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as employment or salary increases. Your results depend on your effort and context.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeHill Grove will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
